Girls Group (Girls In Real Life Situations):
- GIRLS Group is a support group designed for adolescent females. Topics discussed in this group include body image, self-esteem, depression, stress management and more. The group takes place during the school day, usually during an elective or study hall period. GIRLS group is offered to school districts in Polk, Burnett or Barron Counties.
Parenting Group:
- This group is offered in Milltown every Wednesday from 1-2 pm. It is a support group for parents with children of any age. Parenting Group provides skills and options to supplement the abilities that parents already have. The curriculum for this group offers a wide array of topics including parenting styles, nutrition, co-parenting, child development and more.
F.U.N. Group (Family Unity Night):
- FUN Group is an half hour worth of a structured activity for parents and children to do together. Held every Thursday from 5-5:30 p.m., Fun group includes a game or craft and encourages communication and positive one-on-one time for families. Following FUN group childcare is provided for parents who would like to attend the S.T.A.R.S. Group from 5:30-6:30 pm.
One on one Child Advocacy and Adolescent Advocacy:
One on one advocacy changes depending on the age and needs of the child or adolescent. Every child/adolescent may meet with the Child and Youth Advocate to discuss a wide array of topics. With parents permission, these meetings may lead to referrals to other services.
CRA provides services to all people who are in need, regardless of their ethnicity, nationality, gender, race, religion, age or sexual orientation.
